The Exhibition and Event Hall is adjacent to JR Hamamatsu Station, a center of transportation facilities such as JR lines, private railways, buses and taxis, and to spacious municipal parking lot. Providing all the features necessary to attract visitors, this is the ideal site for exhibitions of all kinds. An overall surface area of 3,500 square meters assures space for up to 5,300 seats which can be used for receptions and other events. The hall can also be partitioned into three sections for smaller or separate events. Horizontal and vertical pits run along the floor for easy access to electricity, water supply and drainage, and telephone installation. Six rooms are available for business discussions and other purposes. In addition, facilities are available for use as sponsers’ offices, complete with all the support functions necessary for large-scale exhibition management.
