リーズ国際ピアノコンクール入賞以来30年以上、英国と日本を拠点に国際的で多彩な活動を展開中。2013、14年にＢＢＣプロムスに連続出演。BBC響を始め数々のオーケストラとの共演や、世界各国でのリサイタル、マスタークラスを行う他、国際的なコンクールで審査員を務める。浜松国際ピアノコンクール審査委員長。国際音楽コンクール世界連盟役員。英国ギルドホール音楽院教授。東京音楽大学特任教授。ミューザ川崎シンフォニーホールアドバイザー。ジェイミーのコンサート主宰。文化庁芸術選奨新人賞受賞。

Based in the UK and Japan, Noriko Ogawa has been engaged in a wide range of activities for over 30 years since her success in the Leeds International Piano Competition. Ogawa appeared in the BBC Proms in both 2013 and 2014. She has appeared with many orchestras, including the BBC Symphony, and given recitals and master classes in countries around the world. She also serves as juror in international competitions, and is the jury chairperson of the Hamamatsu International Piano Competition in Japan. Her other titles include board member of the World Federation of International Music Competitions, professor at Guildhall School of Music in the UK, guest professor at Tokyo College of Music, advisor of Muza Kawasaki Symphony Hall, and founding director of Jamie’s Concerts. Noriko Ogawa is a recipient of the Agency for Cultural Affairs Art Encouragement Prize for New Artists.

東京音楽大学付属高等学校、同大学に特待生として学び、ニューヨークのマネス音楽大学大学院をJ・フィーデルマンピアノ賞を得て修了。日本音楽コンクール、クリーヴランドのカサドシュ国際コンクール、浜松国際ピアノアカデミーコンクールで入賞。ニューヨークではカーネギーホール、スタインウェイホール等で演奏を重ね、イタリア、ドイツ等での夏期フェスティバルでのリサイタル、マスタークラスを継続的に行い、国内外で活発な活動を続けている。日本音楽コンクールを始め内外の多数のコンクールの審査員を務め、2006年第6回より浜松国際ピアノコンクールの運営委員、専門委員を務める。現在、東京音楽大学音楽学部教授。
After attending Tokyo College of Music High School and studying as a scholarship student at that university, Katsunori Ishii received the J. Fiedelman Piano Prize while graduating with a master’s degree from Mannes College of Music in New York.
Ishii won prizes in the Japan Music Competition, the Casadesus International Piano Competition in Cleveland, and the Hamamatsu International Piano Academy Competition. His many activities inside and outside Japan have included performing at Carnegie Hall and Steinway Hall in New York, giving recitals in summer music festivals in countries including Italy and Germany, and regularly teaching master classes. He has sat on the juries of numerous competitions in Japan and other countries, including the Japan Music Competition. Ishii has been an advisor and steering committee member of the Hamamatsu International Competition since its 6th edition in 2006. He is currently a professor at Tokyo College of Music.

2018年に開催された第10回浜松国際ピアノコンクールで優勝、同時に室内楽賞も受賞。2017年にはスコットランド国際ピアノコンクールで優勝。ロイヤル・スコティッシュ・ナショナル管弦楽団との共演など、世界各地のコンサートホールで国際的に活躍、祖国トルコでも定期的にリサイタルを開催している。近年はレコーディングにも精力的に取り組んでおり、今後数年間をかけてシューベルト作品のリリースが予定されている。現在、ロンドンのトリニティカレッジにて後進の指導にもあたる。1997年トルコの首都アンカラ生まれ。

Can Çakmur won First Prize, as well as the Chamber Music Prize, in the 10th Hamamatsu International Piano Competition in 2018. In 2017 he won First Prize in the Scottish International Piano Competition. He has performed in concert halls worldwide, including in concerts with the Royal Scottish National Orchestra. He also regularly performs recitals in his homeland, Turkey. Recently he has been actively engaged in recording, with releases of works by Schubert planned over the next several years. Currently he is also guiding musicians of the next generation at Trinity College London. Can Çakmur was born in Ankara, Turkey, in 1997.
